At HULK, we train all year round, adapting our sessions to the Swedish seasons and making the most of both our outdoor pitch and indoor facilities. Whether you’re picking up a hockey stick for the first time or returning after years away, our training sessions are welcoming, challenging, and fun.
Spring (outdoor): April to June
Autumn (outdoor): August to October
Winter (indoor): November to March
Season breaks: HULK typically takes a summer break from July to mid-August and a winter break from mid-December to mid-January.
Our training sessions combine individual skill development, team drills, tactical exercises, and game time. Whether you’re new to field hockey or an experienced player, our coaches tailor the sessions to different skill levels so everyone can learn, improve, and enjoy the game.
